Wifi

There is free open WiFi available throughout the property in and outside. No password needed. just connect to the the strongest wireless network for the area you are in è voila!

Television/Cable

Basic cable provided. Please let us know if remote needs a battery change.

Water

Drinking water in Aruba is very safe and known as one of the best tasting in the world! Aruba is naturally arid, it hardly rains and therefor water is really precious to us islanders, please use it consciously. Water is desalinated(from sea water) and electricity is created on the island itself for a relatively small population, making it a very expensive process owned by one private company…..

Garbage

You can find garbage bags under the sink in the kitchen and full garbage bags can be placed in the two large black garbage containers (with a large red "Tiki" sticker on it), at the beginning of the dirt road leading to the property, next to the mailboxes.

Groceries

To help make you feel right at home, we offer you a complementary bottle of wine! Cheers!There’s also some coffee, sugar, oil, pepper and salt available to you free of charge. The closest convenience store/ mini market is 88 Food, located at the main road leading through Santa Cruz (rte 4), a three minutes drive away. Checkout “Mundo Nobo”” supermarket, also a few minutes drive away and Santa Cruz’s largest supermarket. The largest two supermarkets on the island are called “Ling and Sons” and “Superfood”, located in the hotel area .

Cleaning

The house is cleaned once before you check-in and in case you stay longer then 7 days, a second cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge of 35$. Just let us know if you want extra cleaning and we will arrange it for you.

Bedding and covers are the European style bedding (the duvet is inserted into a special cotton cover) and both are washed separate from each other and are changed before each each new guest arrival/ check-in. There is no need to remove bedding upon departure, we will take care of it all. 😊

Checkout

Check out time is 10:00 am. Late checkouts can be requested and most of the time granted, unless there is a quick change, with new guests arriving that same day. Then we will need early access to the house and a late checkout sadly will not be possible. Please leave keys in the kitchen door lock, when you are checking out.
